Panagiotis Gkorezis

Panagiotis Gkorezis is an Assistant Professor at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He holds a ΒΑ in Economics (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki), a MA in Human Resource and Knowledge Management (Lancaster University) and a PhD in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki). He has also completed post-doctoral research in Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. His main research interests include high-performance work practices, leadership, psychological empowerment, nonverbal communication, overqualification and workplace humor. His articles have been published in several journals such as Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Human Performance, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Advanced Nursing, Health Services Management Research, Management Decision, Leadership and Organization Development Journal. He is also a Senior Editor of Europe’s Journal of Psychology.
