Georgios Kipouros possesses extensive and substantiated professional experience in the banking and finance industry. He has demonstrated expertise in managing complex, large-scale organizational structures and developing strategic branch networks. Furthermore, he is dedicated to aligning banking activities with the needs of the real economy, business innovation and the wider community.

He initiated his professional career at Egnatia Bank and has established a distinguished 25-year career at Eurobank, advancing through positions of increasing seniority, including Branch Manager and Regional Manager. Since 2019, as Head of Retail Branch Network for Central & Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, he has exercised strategic oversight over a vast network of points of presence, while managing multifaceted administrative and operational mandates.

In his current capacity, he maintains systematic institutional collaboration with key market stakeholders, including chambers of commerce, development organizations, and social partners. Through these strategic alliances, he fosters critical synergies between the financial sector and the business community to drive regional socio-economic development.

Mr. Kipouros plays a pivotal role in human capital management, driving strategic workforce planning, executive development and organizational culture transformation. He is dedicated to talent management and leadership cultivation, ensuring continuous skills development across the network. By embedding contemporary management practices into daily operations, he strengthens institutional effectiveness and ensures long-term sustainability.

Mr. Kipouros holds a degree in Economics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master’s degree in Business and Finance.
